1. What Maki Vici Is

Maki Vici is a fitness and habit-tracking app. You log push-ups via camera, track water, protein, and sleep, earn points (XP and Sortes), and compete on leaderboards. It is free to use during the current testing phase.

2. Your Account

You need an account to use the app. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Your Content

Any content you create (forum posts, profile info, exercise data) remains yours. By posting content on Maki Vici, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the app. You can delete your content at any time, or request full account deletion by emailing us.

4. Prohibited Behaviour

  • Cheating, spoofing, or manipulating exercise data
  • Harassment, hate speech, or bullying of other users
  • Posting illegal, harmful, or explicit content
  • Attempting to exploit bugs or access other accounts
  • Using bots or automated tools to interact with the app

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban at our discretion.

5. XP, Sortes, and Prizes

XP (experience points) and Sortes (draw entries) have no cash value and cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged for money. Prize draws are at our discretion — we may change the frequency, format, or prizes at any time. We reserve the right to void results if cheating is detected.

6. Health Disclaimer

Maki Vici is not a medical service. Exercise data, water goals, protein targets, and sleep tracking are for general wellness purposes only. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any fitness programme. We are not liable for injuries or health issues related to your use of the app.

7. Data Usage

We collect and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Maki Vici, you agree to that policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
